Complaint generation

The details you enter are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate your draft. Karen Services does not store the complaint or generated draft unless you separately choose to donate the example.

Optional data donation

If you tick “Donate this example to improve Karen”, you consent to Karen Services storing your complaint details, selected tone and generated draft. We may use donated examples to evaluate, improve or train future complaint-writing systems.

Donation is optional and does not affect access to the generator. The checkbox is not selected by default.

Do not donate sensitive information

Remove names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, account or order numbers, financial details, passwords, health information and other information that could identify you or another person. Do not donate material you do not have the right to share.

Storage and retention

Donated examples are stored in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database. We do not intentionally store your IP address with the contribution. Donated examples will be reviewed and deleted or anonymised within 12 months unless they have already been incorporated into an anonymised evaluation or training dataset.

Withdrawing consent

After a successful donation, the site provides a contribution reference. To request deletion, email hello@karenservices.co.uk with that reference. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, although withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.
